Victor Thruster K9

Anyone have information on this racket? Seems like it's a Vietnam exclusive? At least when I search on google 90% of the links direct to VN sites. Looks a bit like a TK9900 but the specs are different. According to the shops it's stiff and even balance. Priced at about 90USD.
