Winners in Peru – Pan Am Circuit 2024

Pan Am Players from Brazil, Canada, Guatemala, Mexico, and Peru took the podiums of the Peru International Series 2024, Pan Am Circuit event held from October 16 to 20 in Lima, Peru.

Olympian Juliana Vieira (BRA) got the gold medal in Women’s Singles. She started the competition as seeded 1 and defeated athletes from Peru, Bulgary, and Guatemala to reach the final where she defeated Chloe Hoang (CAN) in straight games (21-16, 21-12). Nikte Sotomayor (GUA) and Vanessa Garcia (MEX) won the bronze medals of the event.

PERU INT SERIES WS

Brazilians also won the gold medals in Doubles. WD seeded 1 duo, Jaqueline Lima and Samia Lima won the gold after defeating duos from Peru and Guatemala. Diana Corleto/Nikte Sotomayor got the silver medals, while the bronze medals were for Naomi Junco/Analia Yi (PER) and Maria Lima/Maria Nascimento (BRA).

PERU INT SERIES WD

Isak Batalha and Matheus Voigt got the gold in Men’s Doubles after defeating duos from Peru and Guatemala to reach the final where they faced seeded 1 duo Fabricio Farias/Davi Silva (BRA) winning in straight games (21-16, 21-17). Joao Mendonca/Kauan Sttocco (BRA) and Christohper Martinez/Jonathan Solis (GUA) reached the 3/4 places.

PERU INT SERIES MD

Luis Montoya and Miriam Rodriguez (MEX) won the crown of Mixed Doubles. As seeded 1 duo, they defeated pairs from Brazil and Peru, defeating Fabricio Farias/Jaqueline Lima in a 3-games-match for the gold (21-15, 17-21, 21-18). Jose Guevara/Ines Castillo (PER) and Timothy Lock/Chloe Hoang (CAN) got the bronze medals.

PERU INT SERIES XD

Jonathan Matias (BRA) reached the silver medal in Men’s Singles after defeating players from the United States, Peru, Canada and Guatemala, including seeded 1 Kevin Cordon, but losing the final against Misha Zilberman (ISR). Luis Montoya (MEX) and Kevin Cordon (GUA) won the bronze medals of the event.

The Pan Am Circuit 2024 will continue with the XV Mexican International 2024 during October.
