Tool tray on top of tension housing

Hey guys and girls,

I am trying to find something like this to put on top of my baiardo but can’t seem to find the part. Would be great if anyone has any ideas on how to place my hand on one or is selling one.
I am also trying to find baiardo shoulder support for the arms
