New Membership chatbot tool

Ahead of the 24/25 season membership renewal period we have launched a chat support service on our website to help members with their queries.

When visiting the Badminton England website you can open the chat window by clicking the icon in the bottom left corner of the screen. Type your question and you’ll be provided with information or links to relevant web pages.

The chat support will be available 24/7 and will assist you in finding answers to many membership-related questions.

If your query cannot be answered you’ll have the option to contact the Membership Team who will be available Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm to assist.
