Badminton and Heart attacks?

Hi Guys,
Reading about players collapsing whilst playing, and then usually dying of heart attacks, making me a bit nervous. I’m 56 and play doubles once or twice sometimes, a week. Didn’t read about any other racket sports where people were collapsing on court.

I do find playing in a good group quite challenging and can only play a game and then have to take rest, whilst others can play 2 games in a row and then come off court, which is the normal club rule here in my locality.
However, if I play with a lower level group then I can play 2/3 games in a row. Been playing for 35 years but now seems to be feeling the pace in good doubles game.

Recently, I’ve been diagnosed with a heart condition called Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy but not taking any medications yet and got a heart monitor fitted to wear for 48 hours. Doctor told me to play Badminton with it, so that they can monitor it.
