I can see Goh V Shem/Teo Ee Yi always having the bad draw the most, in first round already going to face China Open reigning champion Gideon/Kevin...
what china open thread locked before i could post my final pretty girls picks oh well i assume it's cancelled ahhaha oki doki time for hongkong open then oh tomorrow ...
Had completely forgot NKL Angus had won this tournament last year oO I think Juhl will probably play here despite not being perhaps a 100% fit since they are the defending champions and have lots of points to defend.
This is gonna be a very interesting battle for the last Dubai Qualifications spots. Particularly for TakaMatsu, as they will fail to qualify for the Dubai Finals if they lose ahead of Fukushima/ Hirota in the tournament. Which is very ironic considering they ranked n°1 in the world (down to n°2 this Thursday) Chen long back in contention too now
11:55 AM MD - Qualification Chia Hung LU TSENG Min Hao - Yohan HADIKUSUMO WIRATAMA NJOTO Albertus Susanto New country for a couple of ex Indoneisan players
Indonesian and Indian badminton are very active on twitter with a lot of useful information. I am Indian!
Huh? They are #2 in Destination Dubai rankings, 25k points ahead of ninth place. Only two doubles in contention for the spots did score more points than them at China Open and many - Juhl/Pedersen and the Korean duos that were re-arrenged - didn't play at all. There are only three pairs that can finish ahead of them: Tanaka/Yonemoto, Fukushima/Hirota and Juhl/Pedersen.
only 2 representatives allowed from the same country. as you mentioned, both tanaka/yonemoto and fukushima/hirota can finish ahead of them
