Translating on court practice to using in tournaments

I guest experience is what matter.

1. I could see my co worker who plays fine when we play together but end up ackward when he play on company competition. Look back at my 1st tournament in the company, i also feel so burdened & nervous. Playing with lower level makes me struggle alot as alot of stuff getting stuck at my head.
2. Playing with known friend is easier as we are able to read their pattern or habbit, especially when we had know them for long time. Then playing with unknown many times makes us abit of lag, trying to predict their next move. Doing trial & error trying different strategy.

I guest to summarize,
1. Having a clear mind & play without any burden but just enjoy the games makes you play better. Controling our mental, play important role on our games.
2. Having more experience agains many different playstyle do help & makes us able to judge & makes decission better & faster.

Well, getting experience is the easyer on for me as i love badminton & just playing with anyone, but maintaining mental condition ingames is the hard one. To many shout on court, high expectation from friend, the stress doing mistake one after another. Even now after many times playing, on random competitive club games vs tournamen games, the tournament always give me much more preasure than the club one.
