The 4 Grips In Badminton #shorts

Learning the four grips in badminton will help you play more powerful shots, more accurate shots and   be more consistent! Grip one is the forehand grip and the best way to explain this is to pretend   you're shaking someone's hand and then keep it in
that position and put a racket in your hand!   You should have this v-shape here and a small gap in between your index finger and middle finger   with your strings facing sidewards. Grip two is the backhand grip where you put your thumb on   the widest part of the grip with the strings
facing upwards. Grip three is the bevel grip   where you put your thumb on this bevel here –
to check you've got this right your strings   should now face this direction! Grip four is
the panhandle grip and this is probably used   the most even though it shouldn't be!! Here
you should have your thumb on the side of   the racket almost pinching the sides with your
thumb and fingers.

If you want to know what shots   you should play with each of these grips then
check out that video on our channel because.
