Support Arm not touching the racket when mounting

Hey All,

I recently switched to a machine with a floating 6 point mounting system. (VE-50)

The racket is centered properly but I notice when I put the support arms on, one of the arms doesn’t touch the racket. The knob is already tightened.

Anyone know how I can resolve this?
