Badminton career
Carolina started to play badminton at the IES La Orden badminton club in Huelva. In 2009 she became the first Spanish badminton player to win a silver medal first, at the 2009 European Junior Badminton Championships,[SUP][1][/SUP] and a gold medal later, at the 2009 European U17 Badminton Championships.[SUP][2][/SUP]
