Bought racket from e78shop. Grommets look used…

Hey guys,

I just bought a Victor racket from e78shop. Hologram sticker looks fine, frame looks fine.

But some of the grommets look like they’ve been stretched out from stringing…

Messaged them and they replied saying the racket is 100% brand new and grommets won’t be this shape if used… What do you guys think?
