I only play badminton in a ‘non competitive’ group, but I am always surprised how little my groupmates warm up before we start knock up. For some, there is… no warm up, even worse considering they just got out of their car parked next to the gym… Not even a jog or a walk to come to the training session, and bang, they start right away with a ‘knock up’ alterning full clears and smashes…
