3D printed load spreader UK/EU

Not sure of material. He may have mentioned some but if he did it has escaped me. I was fishing for some advice maybe.
He did mention printing orientation.
We discussed how we cannot know what load it actually needs to take imo. Does each tensioned string add a cumulative effect? How far can it distort if it all? For example.

As for selling. That was maybe just a few to help out fellow members, once they were stress tested. Might give us an idea of batch size if it just me, 2 sets, 10 sets???
